Walking Street:
From late in the evening until the early morning hours, the world-famous Walking Street would be your best bet to meet ladyboys while in Pattaya. Some of those who walk up and down Walking Street on their high heels are absolute stunners and will look like some of the most gorgeous “ladies” you have ever seen in your life while others just look like aged drag queens that have way passed their prime. Most ladyboys roaming around on Walking Street work freelance and will chat up with tourists as they pass by.

Walking Street Bars & Discos
- Linda Bar: An institution of Walking Street, this bar has been around for over 10 years and of the ladyboys here are a bit more mature making for a relaxed atmosphere. The drink prices are low and the staff does go above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable.
- Hot Tuna: One of the largest bars of Walking Street with live music, pool tables, giant TV screen showing sports and some of the best looking ladyboys of Pattaya freelance here but charge accordingly.
- Marine Disco: One of the oldest institutions of Pattaya, opened since the Vietnam war and still going strong. A lot of girls and ladyboys come here after work to freelance. No barfines and lots of choice to chose from after 2 AM.
Pattaya Beach Road
The Beach Road promenade at night and especially in the areas of Soi Yamato, Soi Post Office and Pattayaland are popular meeting points in Pattaya beach for local ladyboys. They generally hang around in small groups will chat up with tourists as they pass by. Apart from the areas of Walking Street & Soi 6, this is your safest bet on where to meet-up the ladyboys of Pattaya.
Soi 6
Soi 6 is a side street that connects Pattaya Beach Road to the Second Road in North Pattaya, lined by 50 or so bars. Most Soi 6 bars get going earlier than the rest of Pattaya and start around 1PM and close at around 1AM. Some have a mix of “real” girls and ladyboys while others are 100% dedicated to ladyboys now.While more and more bars on Soi 6 seem to employ at least a couple of ladyboys these days the following places are among Pattaya’s most popular ladyboy bars:
- Hi Boss Bar: Lounge-type set up with couches, a dancing pole and hi-backed chairs situated around a long bar. This is probably not the best bar for newbies as the ladyboys are very in your face.
- Pook Bar: Right next door to Hi Boss and used to be only “real” girls bar until the owner made it 50/50 ladyboys back in 2007. Gradually all the girls left and it’s strictly dedicated to chrome pole dancing ladyboys.
- So What Bar: Popular short-time bar located on the left-hand side when coming from Second Road.
Soi Buakhao
- Pook Swan Bar: One of Pattaya’s most popular ladyboy bars these days with the same owners as Pook Ladyboy Bar of Soi 6. Lots of ladyboys with a few girls (5%).
- Sensations: Another one of the current best ladyboy beer bar in Pattaya. Some real cuties often in this bar.
- Baby Boom: Fun bar ran by a German with a water show.
Soi 13
- La Bamba: Small bar owned by a ladyboy that has a great atmosphere and very friendly ladyboys hostesses. Some of them are a little bit older but not totally over the hill.
